Shipping Policy

WHERE WE SHIP
  • We ship our cannons and cannon accessories (except 10 Gauge Blanks) to all States within the United States of America.
  • We DO NOT ship 10 Gauge Blanks to Alaska, Hawaii or anywhere that doesn't permit shipment via UPS Ground transportation.
SHIPPING POLICY
  • Dunlap Cannon Co. orders ship via UPS or USPS. Shipping charges for your order are calculated at checkout.
  • All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped.
  • During the course of normal business there may be unexpected shipment delays. If there will be a delay shipping your order you will be notified and given a choice to cancel the order for a full refund if the delay is unsatisfactory. 
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING
  • A Shipment Confirmation email with tracking number(s) will be sent upon order shipment.
  • Tracking numbers will become active within 24-48 hours of email receipt.

DAMAGES & INSURANCE CLAIMS

  • Shipping insurance is included with all shipping costs courtesy of Dunlap Cannon Co. 
  • Shipments received in damaged condition must be made known to Dunlap Cannon Co. immediately so that it can promptly be communicated with the carrier.
  • To File a Shipping Insurance Claim:
    • Save all packaging materials and damaged goods. 
    • Take photos of all damaged goods and packaging materials.
    • Take note of exact delivery date & time.
    • Gather any other information that may be useful in the investigation.
    • Submit this information via our contact form with your order information.
  • Insurance Claim Process
    • It takes about 15-30 days to process an insurance claim with the carrier, but could take longer. Please be patient, we're on your side and have a good relationship with our carriers.
    • Upon approval of the insurance claim you may be required to send the merchandise back to Dunlap Cannon Co. Further instructions will be provided at that time.
    • Depending on the outcome of the insurance claim your merchandise may be repaired, replaced, or your order refunded.


HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active by the carrier.

If you do not receive your order within 2-3 days of the estimated arrival date, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
